I came, I saw, I reviewed
I enjoyed my stay in this clean and well-equipped room. It was self-contained with a fridge and cooking facilities, perfect for a family craving self-catering adventures. Plus, the location was a short bus ride away from the city centre, making it convenient for sightseeing. Just a heads up, the lack of a microwave was noticeable.

The place has a unique, minimalist design that gives you a distinct vibe. The kitchen setup offers the basics, allowing for some self-catering options if that's your thing.
The bed is a small double, which cramped two adults more than I'd like—definitely not deluxe. The room felt more like a pod, with a window that invited people to see what you were up to, and no option to leave the curtains open. It was hot in there, even with the heat off, and I had to figure out the oven on my own since there was only a microwave guide. the lack of a comfy chair and no real way to dry dishes added to the discomfort. Lastly, check-in and check-out times were rigid, leaving us with our luggage in the streets for hours. Not ideal.

Absolutely loved the nearby Indian spots, especially Zizzi for the tantalizing curry! The location by the canal is pretty stellar. The apartment is spotless and well-kitted out.
While it’s a great base, the mattress felt a bit tired and could use a topper. WiFi was dodgy, making Netflix a challenge!

missingWrote a review on Sept 17cramped bedmissing comfortprivacy issue
The bed felt cramped for two adults, more like a small double than a deluxe one, and there was a noticeable absence of a comfy chair to relax in. The provided kitchen utensils lacked essential items like a dish towel, leaving us to air-dry the washed dishes. the lack of privacy was evident with the windows facing the street, and the lack of a TV might leave some guests expecting a more connected experience disappointed.

The kitchen facilities were well-equipped, allowing for self-catering with ease. It was awesome to have such a clean and fully equipped space with a fridge and electric stove. cooking some meals made the stay super easy. The cozy seating area in the garden and lovely spaces to unwind by the flowers were a nice touch. Just a heads up, the bed felt a bit firm for my taste. 🛌
